  Foshan city Jingcheng Enginerring Counstruction Supervison Co., Ltd.(Hereinafter refers to “The Company”) operates and accounts independently with independent corporation legal man qualifications in construction supervision and consultant services owning housing construction supervision, Municipal utilities supervision (including city road projects, water supply and drainage project, drainage construction and installation project,  urban life garbage disposal project), construction costs and bidding agent qualification.

  There are 137 staffs in the company, all are technical staffs owning abundant scene work experience. Thereof 33 persons are State Registered Supervision Engineer, 9 persons are State Registered Construction Cost Engineer, 5 persons are senior engineer and 63 other professional engineers in different specialty field including construction decoration, construction budget, computer, electric, air condition, fire control, drainage, geologic etc. 36 persons are special technician in other relevant specialties. Especially in garbage incineration power generation project supervision consulting, we have domestic leading level.

  Our company provides services as follow:

  Project proposals phases: Preparation of project proposals, We demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the project through the following six aspects (1) The necessity and the basis of the project. (2)Initial consideration of the product plan, the scale of construction, the location of the construction building.(3)Initial analysis of the construction condition. (4) Investment estimation.(5)Initial arrangement of project progress; (6)Benefit estimation.

  Feasibility research phases: Preparation of the feasibility research, we compare and demonstrate existed plans through surveying, researching, analyzing the construction, technology, economic of the project, besides we forecast and evaluate the economic benefit and social benefit of the project.

  Design phase: We assist the owners in choosing design company through biding, track and control the design quality, audit the design document carefully to make the design document better meet the owners’ requirement giving full play economic benefits of the investment. Control the investment of the design plan and construction plan trying best to make the investment not exceed the budget

  Construction preparation phase: We assist the owners in ordering the equipments and materials, act as an agent for the owners to help them accomplish the equipments, materials and construction company biding work choosing the best equipments, materials and construction team.

  Construction phase : We assist the owners in submiting the start working application to the contractors.Confirm the subcontractor which is chosen by the contractor. Confirm the contruction organization design and construction plan.Audit whether the technology performance,amount of the equipments can meet the construction requirment. Make the constractor start constructing work. Check the materials which is taken into the construction scene by the contractor and the equipment list.Let the use of the materials and the equipments into the contruction scene before checking the materials and the specification,model and quality of the equipments whether meet the need of the construction. Inspect the construction technology measure and the safety protection measure. Discuss the modification of the construction design. Urge both parties to fulfill the contract, mediate the dispute of the contract and settle the claim for the compensation. Implement the project quality control, progress control, investment control. Inspect and accept  the completed project, audit the month reports of the completed projects.Iusse construction payment vouchers. Supervise the contractor pack up the contract documents and technology files. Assist the owners in accepting the projects and closing the contruction accounts.

  Production preparation phase:We help owners establish relevant system and regulation, assist the owners in training management personnel, organize equipment installation, debugging and contruction acceptance.

   Construction check and acceptance phase: Participate the contruction check and acceptance work and provide related information timely.

  Warranty phase: We are respnsible for checking the construction quality situation. Identify the quality responsibility. Supervise the obligation party to fix it.

  Other technical consultation: We help the owners audit the construction project budget, compile construction project tender documents and bidding price. Other relevant technology consultant services
